Encore Experience Engine - next level seamless editor experience

We collaborated with Taktsoft to develop an innovative application on Encore Cloud's backend solution. Our application is designed to assist energy supply companies in creating fully customizable white-label energy booking journeys.

To achieve this, we adopted a headless approach, utilizing a combination of MUI-based editor UI to provide an intuitive drag-and-drop interface for users to create their own unique journeys. Additionally, we integrated Sanity to enhance the user experience with editorial content blocks, making it easier for users to design their own journey templates.

On the customer-facing side of the application, we implemented kickstartDS to render all available journey variants, steps, blocks, and content. This feature allows customers to fully align their booking journey with their unique branding guidelines across multiple variations. Additionally, the tool offers users the option to add new multi-brand themes based on the same frontend components.
